While Sarah and family were in town, they were so kind as to let me attempt my first semi-official portrait session. I feel like I learned more shooting in those two hours than in the past two months. I was actually exhausted when we finished up! It's much different than leisurely photographing your own kid. Kudos to people who have a career doing this! Although this made me realize that I still have so much to learn (like, an absurd amount to learn), I feel that we did get a few great shots.
